Resin keychain with stone
We have highlighted the natural green of the antigorite serpentinite from Nasławice by dipping it in epoxy resin. The green stone keychain is an original, spring-like everyday accessory for bags, keys, etc.
We mine antigorite serpentinite in the only mine in Poland in Nasławice, at the foot of the Ślęża Massif.
The chronicle of green stone in the Ślęża Massif region covers a long time. For centuries, people living at the foot of the unique Ślęża peak have been making ornaments, decorations, sculptures and religious works from serpentinite. Serpentinite has become embedded in the local history, intertwining with local culture, customs and art. We are proud that we can still extract green stone in Nasławice. Thanks to this, several thousand years of Ślęża tradition have their continuation.
Looking at the green stone mined in Nasławice, we may not guess the amount of time and geological processes that created it. Layer by layer, subsequent chapters of this story are revealed to us. Serpentinite from the Ślęża area was formed hundreds of millions of years ago in the fourth period of the Peleozoic era, in the Devonian era.
