Green stone leaf pendant

Each stone is handcrafted from carefully selected pieces of antigorite serpentinite, which we extract from a single deposit in Poland in Nasławice, at the foot of the extraordinary Ślęża Massif. This stone is saturated with numerous shades of green - from misty and light, tinting grays, through intensely celadon and jade, to subtly cooling in black... The beautiful, heterogeneous structure of serpentinite, with networks of threaded intersections, veins and streaks creates successive layers of the green microworld. It is this wealth of patterns that gave rise to the name serpentinite, derived from the Latin word serpens (viper, snake).
